Absolutely you can access and download at any time from the website / confirmed email. No limitation
3. Where do designs I purchase from Familytreesvg go?
All designs purchased from Familytreesvg – including those in bundles – are stored in your Familytreesvg Account. Sign into your account > click ”Orders“ to view your order history and re-download any purchases.
4. Can I use the designs for commercial purposes (or sales)?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Please note that all of our prices are listed in USD and your card will be charged in your respective currency.
6. What will happen if my order has been unsuccessful?

7. How do I unzip SVG files/bundles?
When you download one file, it will come in .zip format. You will have to unzip it. In the unzipped file, you will find four formats: SVG, DXF, PNG, and EPS
PC: Right-click on the zip file and click “Unzip” or “Extract” (depending on your computer)
MAC: Simply double-click on the zip file and it will unzip.
iPhone: Download the app ‘iZip’ from App Store. Unzip the file using the app. Import it into the software app.
Android: Select the file and click on ‘Extract.’ Import to software app and use.
